You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

2. Free Returns & Exchanges

We believe in a stress-free shopping experience. Eastretail does not charge any restocking fees or return shipping fees for returns or exchanges made within the 30-day window. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

2. Receive Your Label: If your return is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

• Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, contact us for a direct exchange and we will guide you through the process for free.
