1. Shipping Area
Currently, we exclusively ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden charges or minimum purchase requirements. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay upon delivery.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
To ensure your finds reach you promptly, we follow a strict fulfillment schedule:
- Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (PST) – Monday to Friday. (Orders placed after 05:00 PM will be processed the next business day).
- Order Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 5 – 9 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 12 Business Days.
4. Shipping Method & Tracking
We use reliable domestic carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. Since we exclusively offer Cash on Delivery (COD), our delivery partners will coordinate with you to ensure someone is available to receive the package and complete the payment.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. If a tracking number is available from our carrier, it will be included in that email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Payment upon Delivery (COD)
Please remember that East Retail operates on a Cash on Delivery basis.
- Kindly have the exact total amount ready in cash when the delivery agent arrives.
- The delivery agent will hand over the package only after the full cash payment is received.
6. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Address Change: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@eastretail.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is in transit, we cannot redirect it.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched (within the 1–3 day handling window).
7. Missing or Damaged Packages
