We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times
To give you the most accurate delivery estimate, please note our timeframes:
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Monday – Friday).
- Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
- Transit Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday) via DHL or UPS.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 7 business days.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched from our Merrillville facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website (DHL or UPS).
5. Delivery Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at Info@eastretail.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to redirect the package.
